Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

In short. Our apps ask you for no account, show no ads, do not track you across other apps, and sell no data to anyone. We measure usage anonymously, so we can tell what works and what does not.

Who is responsible

Ker Corp, a French limited company registered under SIREN 880 620 224, with its registered office at 95 avenue Gabriel Péri, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France. Contact: contact@kercraft.com

This policy covers every mobile app published by Ker Corp under the Ker Craft brand on the App Store.

What we collect

While you use one of our apps, we record technical usage events:

What we never collect

Why we do it

To understand whether the app actually does its job, to find where people get stuck, and to know which distribution channels bring users. This rests on our legitimate interest in improving a product and running its distribution, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and is limited to data that cannot identify you.

Purchases

Any purchase or subscription is handled entirely by Apple. We never see, receive or store payment details. We only know that a purchase happened from a given installation. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings.

Hosting, transfers and retention

Events are sent to our own servers and kept within the European Union. We share them with no advertiser, data broker or third-party analytics service. They are retained for at most twenty-five months, then deleted.

Your rights

GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Because our data carries nothing that identifies a person, we cannot find the events belonging to an individual on our own. Write to contact@kercraft.com and we will tell you how to retrieve your installation identifier so that we can act on your request.

You can delete the app at any time: the installation identifier is removed from your device and no further data is sent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in France the CNIL.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
